GINGER FARM PUNCH

6 cups_ filtered water

2 tablespoons_ quality black tea

1/4-2/3 cup_ Maui Shrub Farm Ginger and Hawaiian Chili Shrub

*Boil the water, turn the heat off and add the tea. Let steep for about 5 miniutes.

*Use a mesh strainer to remove the loose tea.

*Let the tea cool to room tempeture

*Add shrub 1/2 to 1 cup, taste as you go until you reach a balance you like.

*Fill a glass with ice and pour in the punch.

*Garnish with a lemon wedge

*(optional) Add a shot of Bourbon per glass before pouring.

Shrub Salad dressing

2 tsp_ Shrub of choice (try hibiscus x orange)

1 Tbsp_ Maui Olive Co. Extra Virgin Olive oil

1/4 tsp_ Soy Sauce to taste

Mix it up, pour in on, eat yummy salad.

Shrub Ranch

2 tbsp_ Mayo or Veganaise 

1 tbsp_ Shrub of your choice (try ginger x apple)

A dash of black pepper

Mix, Dip, Crunch.

fluffy shrub Pancakes

3/4 cup_ Milk

2 tbsp_ Shrub (blueberry lemon or any flavor)

2 tbsp_ Melted butter

1 Egg

1 cup_ Flour

1 tsp_ Baking Powder

1/2 tsp_ Baking Soda

1/2 tsp_ Salt

Combine Milk and Shrub. Let stand for 5 minutes to thicken.

In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 

Add the egg  and butter to the milk mixture and whisk. 

Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and combine until lumps are gone.

Heat a large skillet over medium low heat, and coat with butter. Drop heaping spoonfulls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until dark golden brown on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
